Raw vegan kiwi dessert


  • 3 kiwi

  • 1 passion fruit

  • 5 medjool dates

  • 400 gm silk tofu

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 5 tbsp crispy müsli

  • 10-15 roasted hazelnuts


Put the silk tofu, dates, roasted hazelnuts and the vanilla extract into the food processor. Mix well.

Chop the kiwis into small pieces and squeeze the passion fruit into the kiwi and mix well. Put one tbsp of kiwi mixture into each of the 5 glasses.

Pour the tofu mixture evenly and slowly into the glasses. Put one tbsp of müsli on top of each glass. Chill in the refrigerator for an hour.
