Ingredients 1 medium broccoli 1 medium cauliflower 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil 1 lime juice 1 tsp dry mint Salt Directions Tear the broccoli and cauliflower into small pieces by hand. Steam cook until veggies soften but don't get too soft. Put them aside to cool down. Mix olive oil and lime juice and stir well until they emulsify. Add dry mint and season with salt. Decorate the plate with broccoli and cauliflower, pour the marinade on top. Enjoy!

Ingredients 300gm root parsley 100gm carrots 1 medium sweet potato 1 medium onion 1 tbsp coconut oil 2 tbsp vegan creme fraiche Dry mint Salt Directions Chop the onion. Roast in coconut oil. Dice the root parsley, carrots and the sweet potato and add to the onions. Slightly roast. Add 1 Lt boiling water and let simmer.
