Vegan broccoli and cauliflower salad
1 medium broccoli
1 medium cauliflower
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 lime juice
1 tsp dry mint
Tear the broccoli and cauliflower into small pieces by hand. Steam cook until veggies soften but don't get too soft. Put them aside to cool down.
Mix olive oil and lime juice and stir well until they emulsify. Add dry mint and season with salt.
Decorate the plate with broccoli and cauliflower, pour the marinade on top.
