Vegan spinach soup


Ingredients

  • 250gm spinach

  • 100gm coconut milk

  • 1 lt water

  • 1 tbsp bulgur

  • 1 tsp sumac

  • A pinch of black cumin

  • Salt

Directions

Cook the spinach with coconut milk and water for about 10 minutes. When spinach softens mix well with a hand blender. Add bulgur and let simmer for about 5 more minutes. Season with salt and sumach. Pour into a bowl and decorate with black cumin.
