Raw vegan passion fruit dessert
5 pieces of ripe purple passion fruit
5 medjool dates
400 gm silk tofu
1 tsp vanilla extract
5 tbsp crispy müsli
10-15 roasted hazelnuts
Put the silk tofu, dates and the vanilla extract into the food processor. Mix well.
Squeeze one passion fruit into each of the 5 glasses. Pour the tofu mixture evenly and slowly into the glasses. Chop the hazelnuts coarsely and mix with the müsli. Put one tbsp of the müsli mixture on top of each glass. Chill in the refrigerator for an hour.
