Vegan mastic gum ice cream


  • 50 gm almond flour

  • 300 gm coconut milk

  • 50 gm coconut cream

  • Vanilla extract

  • 2 gm grounded mastic gum

  • One ripe banana

  • Coconut flakes


Roast the almond flour very carefully in a pan for a few minutes.

Put the roasted almond flour, coconut milk, coconut cream, vanilla extract, grounded mastic gum and the banana into the food processor. Mix well until they form a smooth consistency.

Put a baking sheet into a plate of your choice. Pour the mixture into the plate. Decorate with cononut flakes. Chill in the freeze for a few hours.
