5 minute kale chips
Wikipedia says: "100 gram raw kale provides 49 calories and is a rich source (20% or more of the Daily Value) of vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin K, vitamin B6, folate, and manganese. Kale is a good source of thiamin, riboflavin, pantothenic acid, vitamin E and several dietary minerals, including iron, calcium, potassium, and phosphorus."
You can enjoy this wonderful vegetable as crispy chips in just 5 minutes!
Ingredients
Kale
Olive oil
Salt
Pepper
Directions
Wash kale and shake to dry. Tear to smaller pieces by hand. Drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. I prefer freshly ground black, white and rose pepper.
Set your AirFryer to 120°C.
Roast the kale for about 5 mins. The leaves get crispy and don't lose their saturated green color.
You can roast in your oven too but in order to get them crispy, I recommend the AirFryer. In AirFryer the steam can escape unlike in an oven.
Enjoy!
