Roasted brussels sprouts


  • 300 gm Brussels sprouts

  • Olive oil

  • Salt

  • Pepper


Wash the brussels sprouts and cut to half. Drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. I prefer freshly ground black, white and rose pepper.

Set your AirFryer to 120°C.

Roast the sprouts until they are slightly brown, for about 15 mins.

You can roast in your oven too but in order to get them crispy, I recommend the AirFryer. In AirFryer the steam can escape unlike in an oven.
